Offering a personalised service that you seldom find nowadays, Running Wild Fitness, ensure that your exercise program meets your health and fitness needs first and foremost. Everyone who works out at Running Wild Fitness is initially given a full fitness assessment where we measure your cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance and body composition. We take into account your health status and any pre-existing injuries and tailor your program to suit YOU. You are supervised at all times by fully qualified and registered fitness trainers (Fitness NSW and Fitness Australia) who also hold current Senior First Aid and CPR certification.

Your health and well-being is our business and passion, so browse our website and make an appointment to kick start your health.

There are no joining fees or contracts.

New Running Wild Fitness T-shirts are in – Black or white with yellow logo, short sleeve cotton.  $12 each. Also have some yellow T-shirts & singlet tops.

Round Foam Roller $55 -useful for stretching,stability & balance.

Half Round Foam Roller $45, can be used as a posture pole, great for the back.

Theraband – black or blue $10 per metre, a useful item to take on holidays or for exercise at home.

Getting over an injury or operation?
We can help with a gym program in consultation with your physiotherapist.




We are the only fitness studio in Berowra that is fully certified by Fitness Australia.
