Everybody who joins Running Wild Fitness receives a full fitness assessment where we measure your cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, and your body composition. We take into account your health status and any pre-existing injuries and we tailor your program to suit YOU.
You are supervised at all times by fully qualified and registered fitness trainers (Fitness NSW and Fitness Australia), who also hold current Senior First Aid and CPR certification, making Running Wild Fitness a personal, welcoming and caring environment. - 6am-10pm Monday-Friday
- 8am-7pm Saturdays
- 8am-6pm Sundays
My name is Daniel Freeman (of Freeman’s Fitness). I am honoured to be the new owner of Running Wild Fitness and to expand on the traditions of this local gym.
It’s been a pleasure to meet many of you at the gym over the past couple of months and to see the positive impact Merridy, Warren and staff have had on many local people. I look forward to keeping Running Wild Fitness going and growing, because it’s such a vital part of our community.
I have always been interested in keeping active. Growing up around this area meant I had plenty of opportunities to go hiking around the many bush tracks. Health and fitness mean a lot to me and there is no greater feeling than helping other people feel better by becoming more active.
As a Personal Trainer I have helped people from as young as 14 and others up to 92 years of age live healthier and more active lives. Nobody is ever too old to begin exercising. Everybody will benefit from some form of physical activity.
My major specialty is in strength training and I can help improve your strength levels from any starting point. I also approach health and fitness from a holistic point of view taking into account lifestyle and nutrition issues that may be holding you back from achieving your fitness goals.
