Everyone who works out at Running Wild Fitness is initially given a full fitness assessment where we measure your cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance and body composition. We take into account your health status and any pre-existing injuries and tailor your program to suit YOU. You are supervised at all times by fully qualified and registered fitness trainers (Fitness NSW and Fitness Australia) who also hold current Senior First Aid and CPR certification.
