My name is Daniel Freeman (of Freeman’s Fitness) and I am honoured to be the new owner of Running Wild Fitness and to continue and expand on the traditions of this amazing local gym.
It’s been a pleasure over the past few weeks to meet many of you at the gym and to see the positive impact Merridy, Warren & staff have had on many local people. I look forward to keeping Running Wild going, as it’s such a vital part of our community.
I have always been interested in keeping active. Growing up around this area meant I had plenty of opportunities to go hiking around the many bush tracks. Health and fitness mean a lot to me and there is no greater feeling than helping other people feel better by becoming more active.
As a Personal Trainer I have helped people from as young as 14 and others up to 92 years of age live healthier and more active lives. I believe that nobody is ever too old to begin exercising and everybody will benefit from some form of physical activity.
My major specialty is in strength training and I can help improve your strength levels from any starting point. I also approach health and fitness from a holistic point of view taking into account lifestyle and nutrition issues that may be holding you back from achieving your fitness goals.
