Would you like to build your overall strength and learn how to feel great?

As many of you will now know, Running Wild Fitness will be coming to an end on 14th July 2016.

I would like to thank all the members for their attendance and support over the years. It is a very difficult decision to make but one that is unavoidable.

I will be continuing to train people in an online format for those interested in on-going programming, support and accountability.

I would like to talk individually with everyone about their future plans and to try and find the best fit for them moving forward so if you have not spoken to me yet let me know!

As the gym is closing permanently, all the equipment will be available to purchase.

If you are interested in any of the gear or to discuss anything please get in touch with me on 0422 866 874.

Members are invited to join the Running Wild Fitness alumni’s Facebook group and stay in touch for more details about my Freeman’s Fitness venture.

Thank you!

Daniel Freeman Running Wild Fitness

My name is Daniel Freeman (of Freeman’s Fitness). I am honoured to be the new owner of Running Wild Fitness and to expand on the traditions of this local gym.

It’s a pleasure to see the positive impact the gym and staff have had on many local people in the last 10 years. I’m keen to keep Running Wild Fitness going and growing, because it’s such a vital part of our community.

I have always been interested in keeping active. Growing up around this area meant I had plenty of opportunities to go hiking around the many bush tracks. Health and fitness mean a lot to me and there is no greater feeling than helping other people feel better by becoming more active.

As a Personal Trainer I have helped people from as young as 14 and others up to 92 years of age live healthier and more active lives, and it’s clear to me that nobody is ever too old to begin exercising. Everybody will benefit from some form of physical activity.

My major specialty is in strength training and I can help improve your strength levels from any starting point. I also approach health and fitness from a holistic point of view taking into account lifestyle and nutrition issues that may be holding you back from achieving your fitness goals.

Contact me directly on 0422 866 874 or email daniel@runningwildfitness.com.au to learn more about Running Wild Fitness and the programs we offer.

“[Running Wild is] A very friendly place to exercise, it’s like having your own personal trainer in a gym environment. It has a community feel & people are always up for a smile & friendly chat.” – F.D.
