Offering a personalised service that you seldom find nowadays, Running Wild Fitness, ensure that your exercise program meets your health and fitness needs first and foremost. Everyone who works out at Running Wild Fitness is initially given a full fitness assessment where we measure your cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance and body composition. We take into account your health status and any pre-existing injuries and tailor your program to suit YOU. You are supervised at all times by fully qualified and registered fitness trainers (Fitness NSW and Fitness Australia) who also hold current Senior First Aid and CPR certification.

Your health and well-being is our business and passion, so browse our website and make an appointment to kick start your health.

There are no joining fees or contracts.

We are the only fitness studio in Berowra that is fully certified by Fitness Australia.

We are located at Shop 1, Lower Level, Market Place Shopping Centre, 19 Turner Rd, Berowra Heights, NSW 2082. We are part of the Marketplace shopping complex on the lower carpark level.

WEIGHT WATCHERS
Will resume for a further 13 week block in early February. Weight Watchers meet on Wednesdays at midday at Running Wild Fitness.
